Is this a subscription?
No. Every course is a one-time purchase. You pay once and your child keeps lifetime access — there are no recurring charges, bundles, or all-access plans.
How does my child get access to a course?
A parent buys the course, then creates the student's account and assigns the course to them. The student gets lifetime access to that course's lessons and can track their progress.
Can one course be shared between two children?
No. Each course purchase gives one student lifetime access. If you have more than one child, buy a course for each.
What payment methods can I use?
Payments are handled by trusted providers and support common Malaysian methods such as FPX, cards, and e-wallets. EziMathz never sees or stores your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final (jualan muktamad) — we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once payment is confirmed. Your rights under Malaysian law and your bank/payment-provider dispute rights remain. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
What subjects and levels do you cover?
EziMathz focuses on SPM Mathematics, taught technique-first through short, focused video lessons.
Do I need to install anything?
No. EziMathz runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone.
Will my child get a certificate?
Yes — a completion certificate is issued automatically once your child reaches 100% of a course.
