These terms govern your use of EziMathz. By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them.

1. Accounts
A parent or guardian creates the paying account and may create a student account for their child. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Student accounts are created and managed by the parent.
2. Purchases and access
Each course is a one-time purchase that grants one student lifetime access to that course. There are no subscriptions or bundles. Prices are shown on each course page and charged once through our payment providers. All sales are final — see our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Acceptable use
Course content is for the enrolled student's personal learning only. You may not share your account, or copy, download, record, redistribute, or publicly display any lessons or videos.
4. Content and intellectual property
All courses, videos, and materials on EziMathz are owned by EziMathz or its licensors and are protected by law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course — not ownership of the content.
5. Service availability
We work to keep EziMathz available and accurate, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other applicable law remain unaffected.
